Key Responsibilities:

- Develop New Business: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential B2B clients across educational institutes.

- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term business partners.

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of ThinkStartup services and present them effectively to potential clients.

What We Are Looking For:

- Freshers with a passion for B2B sales or candidates with 0-4 years of experience in a sales role

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and growth

- A keen eye for identifying business opportunities
