B2B Manager

As a B2B Partnership Manager, your primary role will involve identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance market reach. You will collaborate closely with various teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure the success of partnerships from the initial onboarding stage through ongoing engagement. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and assessing potential partnership opportunities that align with our strategic objectives, establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, negotiating partnership agreements encompassing commercial terms, legal requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as working with internal stakeholders to execute and oversee partnership initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on partnership performance, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance partnership outcomes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is considered advantageous) and possess 5-6 years of experience in B2B partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances. A successful track record in building and managing partnerships, along with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, will be essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as partnership platforms, are also desirable attributes for this position.,
