JD for Azure Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Overview

Azure Senior DevOps Engineer

Experience:

10+ years of hands-on experience working with
Microsoft Azure
cloud services.
Proven experience in
Azure DevOps
, including building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Strong experience with
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
tools such as
Terraform, ARM templates
.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as
Docker
and
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
.

Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Azure services, including
Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Cache, APIM, Azure App Service, Azure Data Factory
, and
AKS
.
Proficiency in automation scripting using
PowerShell, Bash
, or other scripting languages.
Experience with monitoring tools like
Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
.
Hands-on and responsible to create cloud instance for client.
Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, agile development, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, and cloud security principles.
Key Responsibilities: CI/CD Pipeline Development and Automation, Implements Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Infrastructure Management, Security and Compliance, Collaboration with Development and Operations Teams, Monitoring and Performance Tuning.

Certifications (Addon):

Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
or
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Other relevant cloud certifications, such as
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
