Azure Integration / PaaS Manager

Job Description:

Proven experience in leading multiple projects and managing cross-functional teams in the Azure integration domain.
Strategic planning and execution of integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Provide leadership in implementing best practices for architecture, development, and deployment in Azure integration.
Strong focus on stakeholder engagement and managing project risks, and timelines effectively.
Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and training required for success.
Oversee the design and delivery of REST APIs, Azure App Services, and cloud-native solutions.
Lead efforts to improve processes and achieve operational excellence.
Strong focus on compliance with security, governance, and industry standards, particularly in the Oil & Gas domain.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas, provide clear instructions, and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills: C#, .NET Core, Azure PaaS, Technical Leadership, Team Building, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Security Standards.
