Azure DevOps Engineer

Your mission: You will be joining a team that has laid a solid foundation for a robust DevOps practice to support an Azure-based data platform. The goal is to enhance deployments by making them faster, more reliable, and less dependent on manual work. As a hands-on DevOps Engineer, you will work independently and take ownership of various topics end-to-end. What you'll do: - Design and implement GitHub actions workflow for various solutions including Azure Databricks, Azure functions, App Services, REST API Solutions (APIOps), Power BI Solutions, and AI/ML Solutions (MLOps). - Define the Pull Request flow, encompassing Pull Request, Review, Merging, Build, Acceptance, and Deploy processes. - Understand the deployment requirements of developers and define GitHub actions for each project to facilitate code deployment to Production. - Propose scalable architecture solutions to support development and operations. - Install software and configure GitHub Runners. - Contribute to light infrastructure automation using Terraform when necessary. Guiding and cooperation: - Act as the go-to person for developers, providing clarifications by comprehending the overall architecture setup. - Support the operations and development team in organizing proper processes and ensuring adherence to the development process. Your talent: - University degree in Computer Sciences or a related field of studies. - 3+ years of experience in setting up GitOps processes and creating GitHub Actions. - Basic experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Strong understanding of Azure Services such as Azure storage account (ADLS), Azure function apps, App services, and Databricks hosted in Azure. - Background ideally in both data solution development and automation for CI/CD. - High motivation to help and guide teammates to succeed in projects. - Fluent in English.,
