Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
Implement and optimize data storage solutions using Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Synapse Analytics.
Manage structured and unstructured data for analytics and reporting.
Work closely with BI and analytics teams to support data integration and reporting needs.
Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all data solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of data pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5 years of experience in data engineering with at least 3 years on Azure data services.
Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or PySpark for data transformation and analytics.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT design and implementation.
Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and big data concepts.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, DevOps).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

Experience with Power BI integration for reporting.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps for automation and deployment.
Exposure to machine learning and advanced analytics on Azure.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
