Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable

  ELT pipelines

  using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Build and optimize

  data models

  , ensuring alignment with business requirements and analytics needs.
• Integrate data from diverse sources into Azure-based data platforms with high accuracy and performance.
  
• Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and security across pipelines.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  
• Automate workflows and CI/CD pipelines using

  Azure DevOps

• Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency.
  
• Document solutions, architecture, and operational runbooks.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years

  of overall experience, with

  7+ years in Data Engineering

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Azure Data Factory

  ,

  Azure Databricks

  , and

  Azure DevOps

  .
• Deep understanding of

  ELT/ETL

  ,

  data modeling

  , and

  data integration

  patterns.
• Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and data transformation frameworks.
  
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, and related Azure data services.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics / Fabric.
  
• Exposure to data governance tools and frameworks.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
