Job Description

Support Engineer for the MEA Data Platform responsible for L1/L2 operations across AWS (S3, Glue/Crawler/Data Catalog, EventBridge, SNS, Secrets Manager, Lambda), Amazon Redshift, and downstream consumers. The role monitors CloudWatch and ETL pipelines, triages incidents, restores services, and drives root-cause analysis while executing daily health checks, schema/partition validation, and S3-to-Redshift load reconciliations.
