Job Description

As a Cloud Application Developer at Capgemini, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cloud-native applications using AWS services. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing automation scripts and tools using Python for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. - Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or other tools. - Optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture and best practices. - Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud applications and infrastructure. - Ensuring security and compliance across cloud environments. Your profile should ideally include the following qualifications and skills: - Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and application development. - Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS) is a plus. - Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architecture. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
