Job Description

Role-

Development and implementation using Python on AWS Lambda functions.
Practical programming language experience in Python (must) and Java, Javascript.
Development and implementation of
Amazon Connect
solutions with Contact Flow and Amazon Lex development.
SDLC, of software design and implementation, security, cloud, infrastructure as code and CI/CD e.g Git workflows
Continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS e.g. CloudFormation, SAM CLI, etc
AWS overall architecture (AWS Cloud Fundamentals).

It would also be nice to have:

AWS certification(s)
Familiar with Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban leveraging JIRA and Confluence
AI training or experience
Experience in Contact Centre and IVRs
