Job Description

AWS DevOps Engineer (Python Required)

Position:

Key Highlights:

Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and maintenance using Python.
Manage AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS.
Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor infrastructure health with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana.
Ensure security best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years hands-on AWS DevOps experience.
Strong Python programming skills.
Expertise with CI/CD tools and AWS services.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux.
Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certifications.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools like ELK, Datadog.
Agile methodology experience and tools such as Jira, Confluence.
Familiarity with REST APIs and Python integration scripting.
