Aws Devops Engineer

As a DevOps Support Engineer, you will work closely with our global teams to learn about the business and technical requirements and formulate the necessary infrastructure and resource plans to properly support the growth and maintainability of various systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in AWS Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)

• Experience in AWS DevOps services (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy)

• Experience in Containers - ECS/EKS/Kubernetes

• Experience in Source Control Management (Git/TFVC/SVN)

• Experience in CloudFormation/Terraform

• Ansible tower/Chef/Puppet/Powershell DSC

• Experience in Scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash scripting/Shell scripting)

• Experience in Integrating Security tools in CI/CD such as SonarQube, CheckMark, WhiteSource, Veracode, Fortify, Aquasec etc.

• Agile methodology/Scrum

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or strong technical credentials and equivalent experience

• 4 to 6 years in DevOps, Deployment-Application architecture

• Good Experience with application performance monitoring systems

• Strong knowledge of AWS services and architecture

• Experience with Agile development principles

• Excellent systems administration and debugging skills

• Good working knowledge of the Java eco system

• Linux System admin knowledge

• Coordinates with various functions within the Product Engineering and Customer Engineering teams to ensure requests are handled/routed appropriately and in a timely manner, by owning issues until closure

• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

• Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills • AWS Certification highly preferred

• Knowledge of Azure Cloud services

• Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines

• Experience with AKS/Azure Container services

• Experience with ARM Templates
