About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our technical team and gain hands-on experience working with cloud-based email systems, monitoring tools, and web technologies. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to strengthen their skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS) while contributing to real-world projects that impact business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining AWS Simple Email Service (SES) for transactional and marketing communications.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using AWS CloudWatch, including setting up alarms and dashboards.
• Support the development and troubleshooting of HTML email templates to ensure responsiveness and deliverability.
• Collaborate with the technical team to analyze email deliverability metrics and implement improvements.
• Document processes, best practices, and technical workflows for internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Familiarity with AWS SES and basic concepts of cloud-based email systems.
• Understanding of AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and alerting.
• Proficiency in HTML (with a focus on email formatting and responsiveness).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
