Job Description

Were looking for a dynamic AVP Talent Management with strong expertise in talent development, employee engagement, and performance management. This role will report to the VP Talent and work closely with business leaders to build organizational capability.
Qualification: Full-time MBA in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute (mandatory)Role Highlights:Lead strategic talent development and succession planning initiativesDrive employee engagement frameworks tailored for scaleManage PMS cycles, capability mapping, and HiPo programsCollaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term people strategyLeverage data to improve talent outcomes across the employee lifecycleIdeal Candidate:1215 years of total HR experience, with minimum 5 years in Talent ManagementStrong exposure to engagement, PMS, capability building, and L&DWorked in insurance, BFSI, or large-scale service sectors (preferred)Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skillsMBA in HR from Tier 1/2 institute is a must (e.g., IIMs, XLRI, TISS, SIBM, SCMHRD, MDI, NMIMS, etc.)
