What Youll Do:

Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Leverage data and MI to identify capacity creation opportunities.
Drive performance and optimization initiatives across banking operations.
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Strengthen operational controls and mitigate risk through robust governance.
Lead teams or cross-functional projects to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in process design, business optimization, or transformation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Must have experience in Financial Crime or Fraud domain.
Hands-on experience with risk & controls, change management, and data analytics.
