AVP Java ORMB Developer

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst position is an intermediate level role that involves participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing ORMB applications based on business requirements. You should have a strong knowledge of ORMB modules such as Rebates module and experience in customizing ORMB applications using Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle tools. Collaboration with business analysts to understand functional requirements and translating them into technical specifications will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining integrations with other systems using ORMB middleware and APIs, performing unit testing, troubleshooting applications, providing support and maintenance for existing ORMB applications and configurations, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. An Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in ORMB is a plus. Qualifications for this role include having 8+ years of relevant experience, experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications, experience in managing and implementing successful projects, working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods, and the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
