Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve actively supporting the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be responsible for exploring alternatives to recommended solutions, conducting research through literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluations, etc. Additionally, you will create proof of concepts (POCs), develop requirement specifications from business needs, define processes, and design functional solutions based on requirements. Your role will also include configuring solution requirements, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives. Furthermore, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain critical automation systems as an AVEVA System Platform OMI Engineer - Demonstrate a strong understanding of industrial automation principles and a successful track record in delivering high-quality solutions - Proficiency in AVEVA System Platform OMI and Intouch - Experience in designing and developing SCADA systems - In-depth knowledge of industrial automation concepts and principles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with AVEVA MES, PLC programming (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens), SQL Server, and .NET programming Qualifications Required: - 4 to 9 years of experience in industrial automation projects - Extensive experience with AVEVA System Platform, specializing in application development, architecture, and system design - Expertise in designing and developing OMI applications for plant data visualization and analysis - Good knowledge of AVEVA Historian and InTouch application development - Proficient in developing and maintaining SCADA applications, including HMIs, alarms, and trends - Skilled in integrating PLCs and devices into AVEVA systems using various industrial protocols like OPC, ABCIP, ABTCP, MBTCP, MQTT, etc. - Ability to assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing automated systems for industrial applications - Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
