Avaloq Developer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. You will be designing and implementing testable and scalable code. Your key responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions on the Avaloq Banking Suite. You will perform Avaloq parameterization, scripting, and integration with external systems. Additionally, you will design, implement, and maintain Avaloq modules, reports, and workflows. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications will be an essential part of your role. You will also participate in system configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning. Conducting unit testing, system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) are crucial tasks. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in production and development environments will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines is also expected. In terms of required skills and qualifications, you should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Avaloq development, including customization, scripting, and parameterization. Proficiency in Avaloq Script and Oracle PL/SQL is essential. Experience with Avaloq Object Model and module configuration is a must. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are highly valued. Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills will be beneficial in this role.,
