Job Description – Senior AV Programmer / Technical Lead (Audio Visual Systems)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AV Programmer / Technical Lead to manage and execute end-to-end Audio Visual system programming and integration for enterprise and government projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in control systems programming, DSP configuration, AVoIP integration, and collaboration technologies, along with strong leadership and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission Audio Visual systems including boardrooms, huddle rooms, training centers, and hybrid collaboration spaces.
• Develop and implement control system programs using Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC Q-SYS, and Kramer platforms.
• Configure and integrate Audio DSPs (Biamp Tesira, QSC Q-SYS) and manage Dante/AVB audio networks.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for AV solution architecture, equipment layout, and AutoCAD drawing reviews.
• Integrate UC & collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Poly, Google Meet) into enterprise AV environments.
• Handle on-site commissioning, user training, and system testing to ensure reliable functionality.
• Troubleshoot AV systems, manage escalations, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, wiring schematics, and system configuration records.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in AV projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in AV programming and integration (Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, Biamp).
• Proficient in DSP configuration, VoIP, VLAN, and AV over IP systems.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Dante Controller, and Q-SYS Designer software.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end AV project execution, from solution design to commissioning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
