Automation Tester

You will have the opportunity to launch your tech career with hands-on QA experience in real-world projects at RTC Tek as an Entry-Level Automation Tester. We are looking for junior Automation Testers who are enthusiastic about testing, learning automation, and contributing to high-impact applications for a global retail client. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in designing and executing test cases for web and backend systems, supporting the development and maintenance of basic automation scripts, performing functional, regression, and integration testing, validating backend data using SQL, logging defects, and assisting in troubleshooting with developers and senior testers. Additionally, you will participate in Agile team meetings and contribute to QA best practices. To be considered for this role, you should have 02 years of experience in software testing (internships or academic projects count!), basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) or a strong interest in learning, familiarity with QA concepts, SDLC, and STLC, exposure to SQL and databases, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to work in an onsite, Agile team environment. Bonus points will be awarded for exposure to scripting languages like Java or Python, familiarity with API testing or tools like Postman, and awareness of CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git).
