seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist / QA Lead with Automation [Selenium]

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a clear understanding of

  QA principles and methodology

  , and be able to apply this understanding directly to concrete QA problems

• Own Quality

  and QA processes at product level
• Develop subject matter expertise and maintain test cases as well as

  requirement traceability matrices

• Help prioritize test cases taking into account business priorities and risks
• Work with other QA's, Developers, Customer Success and Product Managers to develop, maintain, and execute quality assurance testing procedures
• Suggest productivity tools and improvement plans for team
• Design, develop,maintain, review and own regression test automation scripts for the product using C# and

  Selenium WebDriver

• Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting skills effectively in execution

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in testing enterprise-level products with longer durations in at least 2 projects is a MUST HAVE
• Experience leading a team with manual and automation QAs
• Experience working with Scrum Teams delivering SaaS solutions
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and TestRail
• Proven experience with Selenium Webdriver using C#/Java
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as NUnit and TestNG
• Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
