Automation Test Engineer

ADP is hiring Gen Cloud Tester (Sr. Member Technical)

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Testing Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based testing frameworks and strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a team member responsible for the success of the HROs Omni Channel communications program (Genesys Voice, Chat channels, IVR, Co-Browse, and Salesforce HCM integration).

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s / Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• 4-6 years

  of experience in software testing, including designing and implementing test frameworks for scalable applications.
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP), test

  automation tools

  (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar) and scripting (Python/Java).
• Experience with

  APIs, Web Services, RESTful integrations, and middleware

• Good Experience in

  containerization

  (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless testing approaches.
• Good understanding of

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with

  performance testing tools

  (JMeter, Gatling, Locust).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Cloud platform certifications (

  AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Test Engineer

  , etc.) are a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven test automation is a plus.
• Good to have

  Jira/Confluence

  knowledge.
