Automation Specialist (Make.com)

At Contour, we are looking for a hands-on builder and systems owner in one. Someone who thrives on designing and creating automation frameworks that set new standards of reliability and efficiency. So far, our teams have relied on manual processes and existing tools. Now we need an Automation Specialist to create fresh workflows and scalable systems tailored to our operations model.

This role is for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, create automation frameworks, and set the style and tone for future systems. You will not only build workflows and integrations but also define how data is synced, structured, and automated for maximum organizational impact.

What You’ll Do

• This is not a maintenance or patching role. You will be the hands-on creator and owner of automation systems. That means:
  
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Make.com
  
• Integrate platforms such as Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, and other SaaS tools
  
• Support the migration from Monday.com to HubSpot by setting up key automation flows
  
• Develop robust integrations using APIs and webhooks to automate CRM functions
  
• Automate data collection, processing, and reporting workflows
  
• Create PDF generation and email dispatch systems for reporting and communications
  
• Set up automated invoicing and billing solutions
  
• Monitor automation health, debug issues, and improve reliability
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs
  
• Document all workflows and provide training to non-technical stakeholders
