Job Description

As an Automation Sales Engineer at Ausweg, you will play a crucial role in focusing on sales and support for Delta automation products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing new customer relationships and identifying opportunities by actively seeking out and generating new leads. - Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and analyzing customer applications to identify potential sales opportunities. - Strengthening relationships with customers in designated geographical territories and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. - Identifying significant sales opportunities and strategically converting them into sales. - Creating and delivering technical presentations tailored to customer needs to demonstrate the value and benefits of Delta automation products. - Monitoring market competition and providing timely reports on competitor activities to the team leader. - Collaborating effectively with other teams within the organization to support cross-functional initiatives and projects. - Achieving business results as per the strategic plan, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives consistently. - Implementing strategies to drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals, while adhering to the company's internal sales processes and protocols. - Updating sales visit plans, visit reports, opportunity lists, and account lists regularly, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities. - Undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager. In addition to the above responsibilities, as an Automation Sales Engineer, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in industrial automation. - Basic understanding of industrial automation technologies, particularly Delta products. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Effective at identifying customer needs and proposing solutions. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Flexible and able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. - Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
