Automation QA Engineer

You are a talented and passionate Java Selenium Automation and some Manual experienced Engineer who will be joining a dynamic QA team at GlobalLogic. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test scripts for web applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver. - Write clear, concise, and well-documented automated and manual test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. - Analyze requirements, user stories, and design specifications to determine automation testability and coverage. - Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and identify, document, and track defects in a defect tracking system. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes. - Participate in code reviews of automation scripts and ensure quality and adherence to standards. - Participate in manual testing efforts when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience (3-7 years) in designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver for web applications. - Strong proficiency in Java programming language. - Solid understanding of Selenium WebDriver architecture and its various components. - Experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG or JUnit. - Familiarity with Page Object Model (POM) design pattern and other automation best practices. - Experience with defect tracking tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.,
