Key Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement end-to-end platform automation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible for multi-cloud environments.
• Architect scalable, secure, and efficient automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• Map business and operational processes into automated workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation solutions with business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, best practice guidance, and governance for automation adoption.
• Engage with clients to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive strategic automation initiatives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Experience in platform architecture design and automation best practices.
• Proven ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Client-facing consulting experience with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in dynamic environments.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools for automated operations
