Gollowing are the role expectations:
- Close to 10+ years of experience in automation in banking domain
- Has done automation framework set-up, tool suggestion - Done assessments in identifying gaps in current automation process, tools, frameworks - Aware of the latest industry trends relating to automation testing - Worked across different tools like Selenium (TestNg & Maven) / Playwright / Others - Fair understanding of test data, environments required for automation - Good understanding of APIs and micro services - Good understanding of DevOps, CI-CD pipeline specifically for automation - Jira integration for automation test results - Should be hands on to show customer examples along with POC. Should be able to do provide PoV on existing frameworks, scripts. - Should have clear communication and give technical information when discussing with customer - Identify risks and provide reasons with mitigation
