*About the Role:*

We are seeking a highly motivated *Automation & API Integration Specialist* to join our team and help streamline processes using *n8n* and related tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of *modern application architectures, **API design and consumption, and **integration workflows. While n8n is our orchestration platform, prior experience with it is not mandatoryyour ability to **understand systems and stitch them together using APIs* is what matters most.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Analyze business requirements and translate them into workflow-based automations

* Design, build, and maintain integration workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms

* Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures to connect various SaaS and internal systems

* Collaborate closely with non-technical and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

* Document workflows, logic, and integration points for future maintainability

* Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation pipelines

*Required Skills & Experience:*

* Solid understanding of *API fundamentals* (authentication, endpoints, payloads, pagination, rate limits, etc.)

* Experience working with *webhooks, **OAuth, and **JSON-based APIs*

* Strong logical thinking and familiarity with *workflow automation concepts*

* Basic scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, or Bash) are a plus

* Experience with tools like Postman or Insomnia for API testing

* Familiarity with cloud services like Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace is an advantage

* Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in simple terms

* Strong documentation and organizational skills

* Prior experience using *n8n* or similar no-code/low-code automation platforms

* Understanding of SaaS ecosystems like ConnectWise, Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce

* Basic DevOps or CI/CD knowledge

* Knowledge of database or backend systems integration (SQL, Firebase, etc.)
