Job Description

Understanding of telecom concepts (CDR flow, mediation, charging basics).
Awareness of core network elements (MSC, MME, SGSN, GGSN, PCRF, OCS, IN, SGW, SMF).
Familiarity with IAM, SDG, BNE, billing, revenue assurance, and fraud detection processes.
Basic proficiency in SQL queries, Linux/Unix commands.
Exposure to telecom monitoring and ITSM tools (e.g., NMS, Netcool, ServiceNow, OSCAR).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during outages or high-priority incidents.

The skills you bring:

Prior telecom operations or NOC/Service Desk experience (Mediation, Charging, IAM, SDG, BNE, IN platforms).
Familiarity with Ericsson Charging System and mediation tools.
Knowledge of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change management processes in a 24 7 environment.
