Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with over 5 years of proven expertise in preparing high-quality technical drawings and plans. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and modify drawings based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD based on design specifications.
Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from architects or engineers.
Modify and update existing drawings to reflect design changes.
Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams for accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
Maintain a structured drawing filing system.
Conduct site visits for measurements and verification, if required.
Assist in preparing BOQs and material take-offs.
Ensure accuracy and quality of all drafting work.
Provide support in document control and drawing management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks) is a plus.
Strong understanding of engineering and construction principles.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Familiarity with local standards and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
