Role Overview

detail-oriented Audit Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in

    statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits

    under senior guidance.
  • Perform

    basic accounting, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations

    .
  • Support preparation of

    financial statements, audit reports, and working papers

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    accounting standards and internal controls

    .
  • Assist in preparation and filing of

    tax/GST/TDS returns

    (as applicable).
  • Handle day-to-day

    client queries related to accounts and audit

    .

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
  • Preferred:

    Inter CA candidates with audit exposure
  • Strong understanding of

    accounting principles

  • Working knowledge of

    MS Office (Excel, Word)

    and

    Tally/other accounting software

  • Good

    communication & analytical skills
