Job Description

You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A proven track record of experience as an IT Support Engineer, System Administrator, or in a similar role is required. Your expertise should include solid knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking protocols, firewalls, and security tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud would be an advantage. Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential for this role. Additionally, excellent communication skills are necessary as you will be providing support to non-technical users. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work location is remote, offering the flexibility to work from home.,
