Associate Technical Lead - React JS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop interactive, reusable, and responsive web components using React JS.Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Dot net based Microservices through REST APIs.Develop modular and scalable frontend applications in line with micro-frontend architecture.Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for performance.Maintain code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.Troubleshoot and debug issues across frontend and service integration layers.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration.REQUIRED SKILLS:FRONTEND (REACT JS):Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.Hands-on experience with React JS, Redux / Context API, React Hooks, React Router, etc.Familiarity with Component Libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and modern build tools.Experience in unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
