Skills:

Highly organized
Excellent English written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Ability to enforce a workflow and understand when to escalate when input is needed.
Software consulting or implementation or support experience
Experience working with a global team

Tasks:

Coordinate internal pre and post client calls to debrief on the goals, objectives, agenda, and deliverables of the call.
Pulls in SMEs based on skills matrix
Attend client calls to observe and document the discussion.
Create drafts of project initiation and solution design documents. Maintains the standard library (Word + Sharepoint)
Monitor and qualify the intake of new opportunities. Interact with sales team members to get better understanding of upcoming opportunity. (Salesforce)
Review queue of outstanding opportunities to ensure an accurate status is provided. Audit the tickets to ensure the appropriate documentation is included. (JIRA)
Review content and provide status reports to stakeholders. (PowerBI)
Monitor KPIs and alert when actions are required.

Shift - UK mandatory, US Preferred (Hybrid)
