Associate Solution Architect

In this role, you will be required to leverage your functional, technical, and complex problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of supply chain concepts, processes, and solutions. Your responsibilities will include implementing advanced planning systems and tools to optimize client supply chains. This will involve activities such as business requirements analysis, process improvement, solution design, configuration, system testing, and user training. ### Key Responsibilities: - Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, data review, testing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders - Participate in process and business requirements sessions, documenting to-be business processes - Specify data requirements to meet business needs - Support solution architecture and functional design specification documentation - Demonstrate configurations to client teams using the agile methodology - Collaborate with R&D teams to document solution enhancements - Assist in test-case creation and execution across various test stages - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project planning and execution - Develop and deliver super user training - Mentor junior members of the implementation team ### Qualifications Required: - **Education:** Masters Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering) - **Experience:** 4-7 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics domain with a planning focus - **Skills:** - Knowledge of supply chain solutions like demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, scheduling, etc. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Microsoft PowerPoint - Basic knowledge of databases with a working knowledge of SQL preferred - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and demonstration abilities - Team player with the capability to work in distributed teams across different locations and time zones,
