Associate Software Engineer Trainee

As an Associate Software Engineer (Trainee) at Prologic Technologies in Mohali, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving Python development with a focus on Machine Learning and AI technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with data scientists and product teams to create intelligent and scalable solutions for clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying ML/AI models using Python, as well as integrating AI solutions into various applications such as web apps, APIs, and internal tools. You will work on tasks related to NLP, recommendation systems, classification, and predictive models. Additionally, you will be responsible for building data pipelines for collection, cleaning, and transformation of structured and unstructured data, optimizing performance for large-scale datasets, and fine-tuning models using real-world data to enhance accuracy and efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to work with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face. Moreover, you will utilize tools like MLflow, FastAPI, and Docker for model lifecycle management, automate tasks using AI agents or LLMs, and develop reusable modules, scripts, and workflows to streamline processes. To excel in this role, you must possess strong Python coding skills, hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks, familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning, and proficiency in using Git, Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, and REST APIs. Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain, exposure to cloud platforms, and knowledge of MLOps or AutoML pipelines are considered advantageous.
