Candidate must have experience in Telecom projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills for team collaboration and mentoringProvide First-level technical support for the OSS systems, including order management, Provisioning, Inventory management etc.Able to troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents to minimize service disruptions.Candidate must be willing to work in rotational shiftUnderstand the Incident management process.
Must be good in ITIL process and good knowledge of Incident mgmt. processes. Usage of ticketing tool is MUST namely Remedy/Servicenow, etc.
Should be responsible to monitor alerts and report to L2 team
