Job Description

MetLife is looking for Associate Software Engineer II to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Design and develop software applications, using programming languages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as project managers, business analysts, and QA specialists, to understand and refine business requirements
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that adheres to best practices and standards
Develop and maintain software documentation, such as design documents, user manuals, and technical specifications
Implement and maintain software integrations with other systems and applications
Debug and troubleshoot software issues, and work with the team to resolve technical problemsMentor and guide junior software engineers in their development efforts
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
