Associate Software Engineer (Flutter)

As an Associate Software Engineer (Flutter) at our company based in Mohali, you will be a crucial part of our development team, contributing to the creation of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. With 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining mobile apps that meet our standards of excellence. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with our design and backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly and ensure a top-notch UI/UX experience for our users. You will be expected to debug and resolve technical issues efficiently, write clean and efficient code, and stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mobile development to continuously enhance our cross-platform development capabilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of Dart language, object-oriented programming concepts, widget lifecycle, and Flutter architecture. Exposure to state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC will be beneficial, along with familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and various packages & plugins. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle are essential. It would be advantageous if you have experience in Flutter Web or app deployment on Play Store/App Store, knowledge of native Android/iOS development, exposure to AI integrations, familiarity with MVVM or clean architecture, and a strong appetite for continuous learning and exploring new technologies beyond Flutter. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by relevant certifications in mobile app development to further demonstrate your expertise in this domain.
