Associate Software Developer

We are looking for a talented

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend components using

  Java (Spring Boot)

  and

  Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)

• Develop and maintain

  RESTful APIs and microservices

• Collaborate with

  Frontend, DevOps, QA, and Product teams

  in an agile environment
• Write

  clean, scalable, and efficient code

  following best practices
• Integrate backend services with

  SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

  and

  NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)

  databases
• Perform

  code optimization, debugging, and system performance tuning

• Develop

  unit tests

  and use

  API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)

• Participate in

  code reviews, sprints, and system architecture discussions

Required Skills

• Strong experience with

  Java (Spring, Spring Boot)

  for backend development

• Proficiency in Python

  with experience in

  Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• Good understanding of

  REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols

• Experience with

  SQL & NoSQL databases

• Knowledge of

  Git/GitHub/GitLab

  and version control best practices
• Familiarity with

  OOP, design patterns, and scalable backend architecture

• Basic knowledge of

  Docker

  and containerized development

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of

  Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Familiarity with

  message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery)

• Understanding of

  authentication protocols

  (OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway)
• Exposure to

  asynchronous programming and multithreading
