Associate Software Analyst (Python, AI/ML)

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications that leverage AI/ML models.
• Design and implement machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Work with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Integrate trained models into production systems using REST APIs or cloud platforms.
• Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code for ML workflows.
• Optimize model performance and conduct A/B testing or benchmarking.
• Collaborate with data engineers to manage data preprocessing, feature engineering, and cleaning.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and best practices.

• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, etc.)
• Experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib
• Knowledge of deep learning using TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with REST APIs and deployment techniques (Flask, FastAPI, Docker)
• Hands-on with Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and SQL/NoSQL databases

• Experience with ML model deployment on Azure/AWS or MLOps tools
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts (e.g., ETL pipelines, Airflow, Spark)
• Understanding of CI/CD and model versioning practices
• Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
