Role Description

As an Associate at Shinrai Consulting, you will play a key role in supporting training initiatives, developing educational content, and managing client interactions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating training programs, assisting in skill development workshops, and collaborating on various corporate training projects. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Neemrana, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project-Based Training, Corporate Training, and Skill Development
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with industrial training practices and corporate culture is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment combining in-office and remote work
