Job Description

Position: Associate Scrum Master Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Coach and guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices. Identify and remove impediments to ensure sprint goals are met. Promote continuous improvement and track team performance. Act as a liaison between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders. Maintain transparency using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent. 2+ years as a Scrum Master (Agile environment experience). Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban, excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Desired Skills: 8–12 years of overall experience. Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities. Great communication and analytical skills.
