Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare monthly MIS reports on time, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights.
Develop and maintain complex formulas to automate report preparation tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting needs.
Ensure compliance with company standards for formatting, style guidelines, and branding.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in MIS Reporting or related field (BPO/Call Centre industry preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs) for data analysis and manipulation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) principles for effective report creation.
