About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, driven, and hands-on Associate Program Manager to join the Supply Chain team at GIVA. This role sits at the intersection of operations and product, helping build, scale, and streamline the processes for our production unit in Jaipur.

You’ll work closely with the leadership and factory teams to identify operational gaps, design solutions, and develop tech-enabled systems to make our production more efficient and data-driven. It’s a true 0→1 role — perfect for someone who loves solving real-world problems, building things from scratch, and making a tangible impact on how GIVA’s supply chain runs.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the Supply Chain leadership to design and implement factory-level processes.
• Understand on-ground challenges faced by manufacturing, QC, and logistics teams, and translate them into structured tech/product solutions.
• Spearhead the conceptualization and rollout of internal tools and systems to improve production efficiency, visibility, and accuracy.
• Own projects end-to-end — from requirement gathering and process mapping to product deployment and impact tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Ops, and Finance) to align on priorities and execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements across production and supply chain workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering graduates from top institutions (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or similar).
• 0–2 years of experience — open to freshers with strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn.
• Strong analytical and operational thinking; ability to simplify complex systems.
• Self-starter with high ownership — thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building processes from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Bonus if you have exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or building internal tools/products.
