About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our Commerce Team and play a critical role in scaling our e-commerce business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our own Fitelo Store. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires strong analytical abilities, comfort with automation tools, and a passion for e-commerce. You will work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive growth and efficiency through process automation, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Specifically, this role will involve:

• E-commerce Operations: Manage day-to-day execution for marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring smooth operations and timely campaign execution.
• Automation & Tools: Build and manage workflows using automation tools (such as n8n or Zapier) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards and run detailed analysis using Excel/Google Sheets to monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and business health.
• Performance Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize paid campaigns for commerce platforms, focusing on ROI and growth.
• Cross-functional Program Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and drive adoption of best practices.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 0–1 year of experience in program management, analytics, or a similar role (freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for e-commerce, automation, and data-driven execution.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CPC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech (Computer Science preferred), OR
• MBA in Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (a plus, not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
