Job Description

As an Associate, People Group Shared Services COE, your role will involve supporting the global HR operations team by managing HR case management systems, inbox management, onboarding and offboarding processes, I-9 compliance, and Workday data processing. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring efficient HR support and timely resolution of HR-related inquiries globally. Your responsibilities will include resolving employee inquiries, data audits, form processing, and basic reporting and tracking to support People Group, business leaders, and team members in alignment with Ryan's business priorities. Your key duties and responsibilities will include creating a positive team experience, providing timely assistance to employee and manager inquiries, supporting key People processes from onboarding to offboarding, monitoring and managing shared HR inboxes, handling HR requests using ticketing systems, providing day-to-day support for global HR operations, accurately processing and maintaining employee data in Workday, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, managing I-9 document collection and storage, maintaining documentation and SOPs, generating standard reports, and responding to ad-hoc data requests. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 0 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or similar support roles. You should be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems, preferably Workday. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience in a global or multi-regional HR support role and an understanding of U.S. labor and employment compliance requirements.
