Description
As a Senior Executive - MEPF at Adani Airports Holding Limited, your primary responsibility is to assist in the design review, coordination, and implementation of MEPF systems in airport projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting project execution, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: MEPF Design Coordination & Review: - Reviewing and validating MEPF designs and drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications, industry codes, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinating with consultants and vendors to address design queries and propose technical improvements. - Ensuring seamless integration of MEPF systems with architectural and structural designs. Sustainability: - Focusing on sustainable MEP design to minimize the environmental impact of buildings by integrating energy-efficient technologies, implementing water conservation measures, and using eco-friendly materials. - Working towards reducing energy consumption, enhancing indoor environmental quality, and achieving green building certifications like LEED. Project Execution & Implementation: - Overseeing the execution of MEPF systems on-site in alignment with approved designs and construction schedules. - Identifying on-site challenges, proposing solutions, and providing technical clarifications to execution teams. - Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols during installation and commissioning phases. Budget & Cost Monitoring: - Tracking MEPF project costs, monitoring expenditures, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization. - Collaborating with the procurement team to evaluate vendor proposals and resource allocation for cost efficiency. - Supporting value engineering initiatives to enhance project feasibility without compromising quality. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensuring MEPF designs and installations meet local and international safety standards and environmental regulations. - Assisting in identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans. - Coordinating with relevant regulatory bodies to facilitate approvals and inspections. Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration: - Working closely with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure effective project execution. - Acting as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth coordination and conflict resolution. Site Inspections & Reporting: - Conducting regular site visits to assess the progress of MEPF installations and address technical concerns. - Preparing progress reports, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: - Staying updated on emerging trends, new materials, and sustainable technologies in MEPF systems. - Contributing to energy-efficient and cost-effective MEPF solutions within airport infrastructure. Key Stakeholders - Internal: - Lead - MEPF - Project Management Team - Engineering Department - Procurement Team - Health and Safety Team - Site Supervisors Key Stakeholders - External: - Consultants and Architects - Regulatory Authorities - Vendors and Suppliers - Contractors and Subcontractors - Plumbing equipment suppliers - Utility and service providers Qualifications: - Education Qualification: Bachelors/masters degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. - Green Building Certification PMP Work Experience: - 5-8 years of experience in MEPF design review, execution, Real estate, Construction, and coordination, preferably in airport or infrastructure projects. - Certifications like Engineer (CEng)/LEED Accreditation/Project Management are preferred.,
