Associate Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an Associate Full Stack Engineer to join iProp91, India’s first verified owners-only PropTech platform. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for an early-career professional who is passionate about building robust applications and enjoys working across frontend and backend development. You will contribute to system design, develop modules, and integrate components to deliver seamless and high-performance solutions.

Role Description

As an Associate Full Stack Engineer at iProp91, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our web and mobile applications. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing user interactions, developing servers and databases for application functionality, coding for mobile platforms, and ensuring the responsiveness of applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality frontend applications using React, React Native, Angular, and Next.js.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Spring Boot, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and tested code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Essential Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in full-stack development or equivalent skill set.
• Proficiency in front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native, Angular, Next.js).
• Expertise in backend web development: server, database, and application design (Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js).
• Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with REST API development and integrations.
• Understanding of full-stack development and software development methodologies.

Fundamental Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of real estate technology is a plus.
