Job Description

The role requires you to be accountable for the delivery of key corporate and supporting software systems requirements, managing and developing key supplier relationships, and contributing to support overall IT and business strategy. Your responsibilities will include driving key innovative business solutions, focusing on the delivery, integration, and maintenance of key IT systems to enable business strategy and increase business competitive capability through the application of appropriate technology solutions. You will be responsible for the delivery, integration, and maintenance of key corporate and supporting systems. This includes developing project budgets, schedules, and Multi-Generational Project Plans to meet business objectives. You will also define and build key performance metrics, provide analytics and business intelligence capabilities, and work with and manage third-party suppliers for solution delivery. Evaluating supplier performance and managing required supplier relationships will be part of your role. Furthermore, you will partner with the business to effectively prioritize project activities within resource availability, managing, resolving, and communicating with stakeholders on all support issues. Leading change efforts by challenging others to continuously improve and fostering new original and creative solutions will be crucial. In terms of technical skills and knowledge, you should be familiar with software development methodologies like Waterfall, Iterative, Prototyping, Agile using XP and SCRUM. You should be able to execute projects using Quality models and tools like CMMi and ISO standards. Understanding of various technologies such as SOA, Business Intelligence, analytics tools, Enterprise Content Management, Information Management, Knowledge Management, System Integration, and Portals is required. Experience in Microsoft .Net Technologies, HRMIS, Oracle E-Biz, design and architecture skills, n-tier architectures, web-based solutions, development technologies, SQL, Oracle database, enterprise-wide business solutions, and different estimation techniques is necessary. Knowledge and experience in AI, ML, and other new technologies in financial systems are also important. You should have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, demonstrated analytical skills, proven time management proficiency, ability to work independently and in teams, adapt to constant change, and be self-motivated and enthusiastic. Effective communication with all levels of technology, business, third-party vendors, and customers both verbally and in writing is essential. Overall, the role requires 12+ years of experience in Technology, specifically exposure to Project Management, Systems/Business Analysis, and Software Development, with specific experience in BFSI.,
